Our stylists had such a blast spending the morning with salon owner, Girl Boss and Moroccanoil Senior Educator Elise Campos to learn about this season’s latest tips and tricks when it comes to an unforgettable prom updo – and we’re ready for you!

DO: Dress comfortably

Dress comfortably with a loose button down shirt that’s easy to get off paired with your favorite leggings. After all that time spent giving you that gorgeous prom-ready look, we’d hate for it to catch on a pesky button or tight fabric!

DON’T: Forget to Wash Your Hair

For best results, we recommend coming to the salon on the day of your appointment with freshly washed and dried hair. That way, you’re ready to go for the day, and our talented stylists can get right to business!

DO: Bring Photos for Inspiration

A few pictures for inspiration may help our stylists get a better idea of the look you’re going for, but it’s important to remember that everyone’s hair is different and no two styles are 100% alike.
